The only thing worse than having to wash clothes in a bucket is....August 28, 2018

What can be worse than having to wash your clothes in a bucket? well losing that bucket unfortunately this has happened to us and i dont know how i will have mediocrly clean clothes anymore. Any ways besides losing our bucket this week was great we baptised two people! it was great and now they are out in their villa doing our work for us preaching the good word and telling everyone how great they feel and better they are because of it and so we were able to get a few more contacts out of it so good things should be in store for us in this little villa. The names of the people are baptised are Marisa she is the mom she has 12 kids and we baptised her son Ismael hes a champ hes 9 but he loves church and when he got baptised he invited his friend maciel so he could be another baptism we talked to his mom as well she warmed up to us pretty well so hopefully we can get in that house and get that family too. We also are trying to work with some of the other kids of marisa since she has so many some have impediments but others could be put in the water so we will see how that goes. I also made my self a tie we went to a fabric store bought some fabric and some filler fabric and i sowed up a tie took my like 7 hours though especially the tip part but my tie game here in the mission is pretty weak not gonna lie so i gotta compete harder. Also this week we went with the elders of puerredon to a asado of a dad of some kids that got baptised but it turned out to be a huge party with a bunch of middle aged guys that were all really drunk and smoking a lot of ciggerettes it was quite the thrill the best part is when they pulled an entire pig out of the asado and so we started eating it. Argentina doesnt really have manners when it comes to food there is just like a few forks and knifes lying around on the table so people take turns using the same forks and knifes to eat this pig and then this big beared guy that was wasted comes up with this big old knife cracks open the pigs skull and tells us to eat the brain, it was delicious not really but when a drunk guy smoking a cigerette hands you a crusty spoon with pig brain what else do you do?
